Project dissemination and exploitation strategy

The aim of this work package is to ensure a successful commercialisation of the project results. Bringing a new medical device to market is a complex process, especially when it comes down to a capital equipment, that requires building awareness around an identified unmet need, promoting the idea among all the stakeholders and preparing to fulfill all formal requirements from the very early stages of the product development. In order to meet all the criteria, this work package will deal with :

1- Dissemination of the project results by building a strong community (MAB, KOL, stakeholders) around the ProVision scanner.
2- Preparing the exploitation strategy specific for targeted countries.
3- Assuring adequate IP protection.
4- Establishing and monitoring all relevant quality assurance and regulatory compliance for obtaining the CE mark for its medical device.
